Map layout designs

Some map layout designs I did for my Dungeons and Dragons groups. Creating plots and adventures and designing maps for them for my players to explore is one of the most exciting and rewarding experiences I ever had :)
Since I am the DM of three groups, I need to draw a fair amount of maps. But I don't mind it, I enjoy it in fact.

Sometimes I scribble these map layouts and draw them again on big grid paper, or I draw them for me as reference when I use a dry erase board and whiteboard marker. But the most common method is to draw them like this and use them on ttrpg websites like roll20 as background images for my players token to move on. As it is common in most ttrpg, the maps are used with a grid (either square or hexagonal)

The first maps are part of a dwarven megadungeon. An underground mine followed by a dwarven fortress (think Khazad Dum/ Moria).
The next one depicts a lair of a green dragon. Some sort of underground meeting room with an underground river and a root bridge.
Followed by a layout of the base of some stone giants, which went a bit overboard in renovating their ceremony hall and breached an ancient tomb with a powerful wraith in it...
Lastly I did a mansion owned by an alchemist, which got a nasty little secret laboratory underneath it.

I will probably upload some more here, if you find them interesting.

If you want to use any of these maps for your games, feel free to copy away. Please tell me what stories you came up with, if you do use some of them.
